Aloe in Clay Pots
Hi,I’ve bought an aloe vera succulent, and it came in a small black plastic pot, which had a cancer warning label. Is there a chance my succulent absorbed any toxins from the pot?

Wrong pot

As you may know from browsing this site, my recommendation is to plant succulents in either hypertufa or terracotta pots.
If at all concerned I would just transplant the plant into one of those options, and discard the plastic one.
But, in answer to your question, unless you plan to eat your succulent, I doubt if there is any need to worry about the plant absorbing anything from the pot.
What is intriguing to me is (because you didn’t include a picture with your submission) the fact that they would even label the pot this way. I’ve never heard of anything even remotely like this.
