Hi Jen, this looks like X Graptoveria ‘Debbie’ or something similar.
X Graptoveria are a generic hybrid between Graptopetalum and Echeveria, and luckily, they both require similar care.

Some advice for you; take the plastic off the plant – this is to protect it in shipping, but it will hold in too much moisture; all succulents need air and ventilation and low humidity.
