I’ve put some suggestions in the captions of each photo. Without seeing how the plants grow, it’s hard to pin it down.
More on Crassula and Kalanchoe here.
See how to grow Echeveria here.

More Suggestions
by: Jacki
Here are more suggestions for your second group.
I don’t have specific page on x Sedeveria, but these plants are hybrids between Sedum and Echeveria, meaning that they sometimes show characteristics of both parents, some more than others.
More about Sempervivum here, and Cobweb Sempervivum here.
The final one is Echeveria setosa, a nice little fuzzy one.
Please keep in mind that not all of these plants are hardy. Some are, which means they prefer to be grown outdoors, and will take surprisingly low temperatures.
All of these plants need bright light.

The green rose-like with red tips – Echeveria
I got these from my husbands grandmother. Love how they look but very curious about their identities. I currently name them “Ouma Baby” plants (in afrikaans)
Ouma-grandmother.

More suggestions
by: Jacki
These are a little harder to determine an identity. The top one is most likely some kind of Echeveria, and the lower one is a Pachyphytum/Echeveria cross.
There are lots of these and it’s hard to differentiate between them.
More on those here; x Pachyveria.
