I’m not 100% certain, but this looks like a Kalanchoe of some type.

Does it flower to your knowledge? Some Kalanchoe have bright red, orange, pink or yellow clusters of blooms – perfect for brightening up the gloomy days of winter.

Yes, I’m thinking maybe Kalanchoe too. I don’t know the blossoms. I’m doing some work for a VA greenhouse and this is one we can’t identify.
