Thick, flat fleshy green and purple round leaves, two per layer, with flowering branches growing from the center. White flowers although flowers not yet open.

That looks like Kalanchoe humilis!

The maroon/purple spots on the greenish-gray leaves of your succulent are indicative of it being Kalanchoe humilis. You could Google this name and match the images on the internet with your succulent to confirm that. It looks beautiful! All the best growing it. 🙂
