This looks like a Sedum spurium variety. Totally cute, and totally hardy. You need to grow it outdoors to keep it happy, they don’t like wintering indoors.

If the temperature outdoors is above freezing where you are right now, put it outside. It may look worse for a while, but you could give it a haircut (the new growth emerges from the crown of the plant) and propagate any bits you cut off by putting them into dry cactus soil. Water sparingly, especially at first.
