Hi Stacy,
This one looks a lot like Echeveria racemosa atropurpurea ‘Brown Sugar’ or Echeveria defractans x carnicolor except for the colour – it has a definite blue tinge to the leaves, and especially the flower stalk.

However, there are many hybrids that have been developed that are unnamed so you could have one of those.

Care is the same as for any of the other Echeveria, well drained soil, a good thorough drink periodically, allowing to dry out between, and bright light.
