Green leaves grow from center ending in spoon/sword shape:
Unnamed succulent presently 2-1/2 inches high and 3 inches diameter from tip of one leaf to tip of opposite leaf.
The leaves all originate from the center and are semi-rolled, pointed, and spear-like.
We’ve seen another like unnamed succulent, larger and with flower (yellow, if memory serves me correctly) growing from the center on a long thin stem. Photos attached.
Hi Julie – what an odd looking plant! I’m wondering if it’s some kind of Kalanchoe, based on the leaf shape.
Many Kalanchoe display scalloped, softly serrated or bumped edges on the leaves, and this reminds me of some of the many species in the genus.
I’ve never seen one with the rolled look to the leaves though – that’s unique.
Looking on Dave’s Garden Website, I found this entry: Gnome Slippers – I wonder if that’s it?
Hopefully, one of my reliable sources of information on succulents will see this and chime in!
